Subject: Seventy-second Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East
Asia Region, New Delhi, India, 2–6 September 2019
The Seventy-second Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East Asia will be
held at the Hotel Hyatt Regency, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi from Monday, 2 September 2019
to Friday, 6 September 2019. The business session will begin in the afternoon of 2 September
2019, at 1400 hours.
I have the honour to invite you or your representative to attend the business sessions of this
important meeting from 2 to 6 September 2019. In view of the paucity of space inside the Plenary
Hall, limited participation from your respective organization is encouraged.
Please note that the registration for this session is to be done online at our website:
http://apps.searo.who.int/eRegistration. Registration formalities should be completed on-line, not
later than 6 August 2019.
Copies of the Provisional Agenda and Tentative Programme of the session along with an
information sheet are enclosed. In case you wish to make a statement during the session, please
complete the enclosed ‘Request Sheet’ and send us a copy of your statement latest by 8 August
2019.
