REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION

The WMA Council Session is open to all constituent members of the World Medical Association, to associate members, to observers and to other individuals by special invitation. Registration is necessary to participate in all events including the social programme, and is only considered upon receipt of the corresponding form and fee.

The registration fee will be 200 Euros for participants and 100 Euros for accompanying persons. The fee includes documentation, interpretation and all events in the official social programme. For the Associate Members from the Junior Doctors Network and IFMSA alumni, we offer 50% discount, i.e. 100 Euros for participants and 50 Euros for accompanying persons.

The on-line registration will be available in December 2013 through the WMA website. 

LANGUAGES

There will be simultaneous interpretation in English, French, Spanish, and Japanese during the meeting.
