WHEREAS:
Dr. Radovan Karadzic is accused publicly of being responsible for
many war crimes in the former Yugoslavia; and he has refused until
now to appear before the International Criminal Tribunal for War
Crimes in the former Yugoslavia situated at The Hague in the Netherlands;
and, therefore, as a physician he is bringing our profession into
disrepute;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
the World Medical Association denounces Dr. Radovan Karadzic for
not surrendering himself to the International Criminal Tribunal
for War Crimes in the former Yugoslavia, and demands that he does
so forthwith. |
