Office Renovation
The WMA Secretariat, located on the first floor of a 21-year-old
office building, needed a face- lift and a fresh new look.
During the month of June 2002 a small team of workers pulled off
old carpets to lay down a light honey-colored wooden parquet throughout
almost 400 m2 of office surface.
They also painted walls and ceilings, stripped old-fashioned wallpapers
and added some built-in furniture. A rather dusty and dark conference
room was renovated to give it more light and space. We can now accommodate
up to 50 people for a conference in this room.
The sign-posting to the office and different rooms was also changed
to more modern looking glass signs with the WMA white and blue logo.
Our offices are now lighter, brighter and of course, more pleasant!
