Objectives

The objectives of the workshop are to:

  • Discuss patients rights and ethical dilemmas in psychiatry
  • Share experiences and challenges in the treatment of psychiatric patients
  • Explore possible relationships between a country's culture and tradition and the ways of treating psychiatric patients
  • Learn to carry out national surveys on the prevalence psychiatric problems


Target group
Doctors working in psychiatric institutions, especially doctors with teaching responsibilities


Topics
Each item should be covered by one from each country - 30 - 40 minutes presentations (included translation) and discussion
